My track record spans SAP S/4HANA transformations, MRP stabilization, cloud-based DR architecture, IT governance from the ground up, international regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, MHRA), and building AI-powered SaaS platforms deployed in production.
I started my career at Hassan Shaikh & Co. — a 50-year-old IP law firm — and became Partner early on. That foundation, business first and technology second, continues to shape how I approach every engagement. Most recently, I built and launched EasyIP, an AI-powered trademark intelligence platform now live with three partner law firms and generating revenue from month one.
Eliminated recurring product recalls — from 4 in 2 months to zero over 18+ months — by redesigning SAP QM and MM processes. Client achieved MHRA and FDA audit readiness.
Diagnosed storage location misconfiguration rendering inventory invisible to planning. Corrected master data, improving MRP reliability from ~50% to 95% and restoring cash flow.
Rebuilt SAP asset register and product costing from zero for an industrial client. Closed 3 years of paralysed financials. Outcome: new investment attracted post-closure.
Replaced tape-based backups with full AWS DR architecture - 350GB migrated, Lambda-automated 12-hour RPO, tiered RTO of 40-minute response and 1-hour recovery. Validated against a real server failure incident - systems restored within 40 minutes with 12-hour RPO confirmed.
Led SAP Basis team to implement full HA/DR using SAP HANA System Replication (HSR). Synchronous replication for HA within data center, asynchronous replication to secondary city DR node. Achieved near-zero RPO and 60-minute RTO.
Built and deployed an AI-powered trademark intelligence platform covering PKIPO, USPTO, and EUIPO. Live with 3 partner law firms, generating revenue from month one.
Established CAB, ITSM platform, and formal incident management SOPs from scratch. Transformed a dysfunctional governance environment into full accountability and visibility.
Fought regulatory authorities to reverse a 3-year red zone classification at Dynamic Expo Recycling. Restored operations and achieved 200MT of plastic scrap exports weekly - 1,200MT total - moving the company back to green zone standing with full EPZA compliance.
Solely led a multi-million rupee Build-Operate-Transfer venture from project charter to profitable operation - within 12 months. Managed end to end: supplier sourcing, manufacturing setup, and buyer network. Venture remains profitable post-transfer.
